Game report: Titans 37, Jaguars 19 - jaguars.com

The Jaguars, after trailing 31-13 in the third quarter, mounted a mini-rally as the defense stiffened and the offense made some big plays – but Jaguars running back Carlos Hyde was stopped for a four-yard loss on 4th-and-goal from the 1 with 10:28 remaining.

That kept the Titans' lead at 31-19, and Tennessee held the Jaguars on downs one possession later to all-but secure its fourth consecutive victory in the series.

The Jaguars (0-5) have lost a franchise-record 20 consecutive games dating to a Week 2 loss at Tennessee last season. The Titans are 3-2 and in first place in the AFC South, with the Jaguars missing a chance to pull to within one game of the division lead Sunday.

"We're just really hurting ourselves," Robinson said "When we play good, I don't think anyone can beat us really. Obviously, the first half shows that, but when we come out and we're missing little details, those are the things that hurt us. That's how the teams go up on us."

Jaguars rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence – the No. 1 overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft -- completed 23 of 33 passes for 272 yards and a touchdown. His lone interception came on the final play of the game.

"The final score looks bad, but we were right in that game and [we've] just got to capitalize and we didn't," Lawrence said. "So that's something where we've got to learn how to win, got to learn how to pull those games out."

Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 14 of 22 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown and also was not intercepted. The Jaguars did not force a turnover for a fourth time in five games.
