Game Pass grows

The Game Pass catalog continues to grow, as Microsoft has announced the next set of additions to the subscription service.

Wave 1 was released earlier this month, comprising titles like Have A Nice Death and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. The Wave 2 additions for May include titles like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Chants of Sennaar, NHL 24, Immortals of Aveum, Moving Out 2, and perhaps the biggest release for May--Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2.

Developed by Ninja Theory, Hellblade 2 is the long-awaited sequel to the acclaimed 2017 game. Microsoft now owns Ninja Theory and the franchise, and it appears the sequel is benefiting from additional resources and scope.

Microsoft also disclosed some titles headed to Game Pass in June, including Firework (June 4) and Rolling Hills (June 4).

There are a bunch of games leaving at the end of May, including Railway Empire II, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, and Pac-Man Museum Plus, among others.

Looking ahead, Microsoft is hosting its next Xbox games showcase on June 9, and there could be Game Pass reveals and other announcements. We might also find out what Microsoft's plans are for Call of Duty on Game Pass during the showcase.
