Xbox Game Pass has just one game confirmed for December so far - TrueAchievements

SteamWorld Build has its lonely spot as the sole game under December 2023 in our big list of all the upcoming Game Pass games — although several seem to be vaguely hovering around "coming soon/2023," and, with The Game Awards approaching, we can perhaps hope for more news there.We keep that chunky upcoming Game Pass games list updated all the time, and when Microsoft made its latest Game Pass announcement, we scanned it for any December news. While Xbox Game Pass announcements often tell us what's coming early in the following month, this latest announcement covers up until the end of November and no further. We've still got a good chunk of the month to go, however, and if Phil Spencer and the Xbox team are still being coy by the end of the month, then we can perhaps hope for more news from The Game Awards on December 7. A number of games already in the service are doing very well there; in fact, you can play ten The Game Awards 2023 nominees today with Game Pass, with Hi-Fi Rush in particular proving popular with its nominations.

We've had a couple of titles lurking mysteriously under the "2023" release window in our Game Pass list as well, which may yet emerge with a more specific release date. When Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, the sequel to the wonderful Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, was announced, it gave us a 2023 release window. We've heard nothing since about a delay, so hopefully we'll see the turnip return to his life of crime soon.

Likewise, magical life sim Little Witch in the Woods, which has been in Game Pass already for some time now via Game Preview, still appears to have a hesitant 2023 release window for its full version. Lastly, Ereban: Shadow Legacy was given a 2023 release window when it was confirmed for Game Pass. Not much has been heard from these last two either about any potential release date, so it remains to be seen whether they'll make it into 2023. There's also Flock, a colorful, herding co-op game that's sat in the even more mysterious "coming soon" segment of the list since its announcement — perhaps it too will come in to land in 2023.

SteamWorld Build, meanwhile, will bring a mix of city-building, mining, exploration, and more, when it comes to Game Pass on December 1. We'll keep an eye out for any more Game Pass announcements in the future.
