McNeese women's basketball (3-2) will host UL-Lafayette (4-1) in its "White Out" game at Burton Coliseum Sunday, Nov. 28. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. The first 50 McNeese students will receive a free white T-shirt.
The Cowgirls will look to pick up its second win of the week following its 91-53 win over Centenary on Wednesday that saw Kaili Chamberlin score a career high 29 points including a career seven three-pointers.
Chamberlin and Zuzanna Kulinska are the only two Cowgirls averaging in double figures with 11.6 ppg., and 10.4 ppg., respectively.
Divine Tanks who grabbed a game high 15 rebounds against the Ladies on Wednesday, leads the team with 6.8 rpg.
McNeese enters the game averaging 79.2 ppg. with a 43.6 field goal percent and are shooting 33.6 percent from behind the arc.
The Cajuns (4-1) who have won the last six meeting including an 80-48 win in Lafayette last season are coming off a 54-52 road win at Southeastern last Wednesday.
Coached by former Cowgirl assistant coach Garry Brodhead, the Cajuns are led in scoring by Lake Charles native and former Barbe product Brandi Williams. Williams, who has missed the last two games is averaging 15.3 ppg. Ty'Reona Doucet leads the team with 4.2 rpg.
