CLEVELAND, Ohio — Baker Mayfield has 290 yards passing in the first half as the Browns lead the Titans, 38-7. But who has the most yards passing in team history?
That record belongs to Josh McCown, who threw for 457 yards in a 33-30 overtime win at Baltimore on Oct. 11, 2015. He broke Brian Sipe’s record of 444 in that game. He threw two touchdown passes and rushed for another TD.
Sipe got his career-best game on Oct. 25, 1981 against the Baltimore Colts. Sipe threw four TD passes and two interceptions in that game.
Mayfield’s best game in terms of yardage was 397 yards in a 29-13 loss to the Texans on Dec. 2, 2018.
