Nintendo Announces Indie World Switch Showcase for This Week - IGN

Nintendo has announced that a new Indie World Showcase will air on Tuesday, December 10 at 10am PT/1pm ET/6pm GMT.This newest Indie World Showcase will run for "roughly 20 minutes" and will focus on upcoming indie games headed to Nintendo Switch

. This presentation takes place only a few hours after PlayStation's State of Play.

The last Indie World Showcase was held prior to Gamescom 2019 and discussed such titles as Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition, Hotline Miami Collection, and Superhot.

Best Nintendo Switch Exclusive Nominees

Nintendo also held a Nindies Showcase, the previous name of this style of presentation, back in March prior to GDC 2019. That Nindies Showcase revealed that Cuphead would be headed to Nintendo Switch and surprised us with the announcement of Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer Feat. The Legend of Zelda.

This week will also bring us The Game Awards 2019, which will undoubtedly bring some Nintendo news with it. Be sure to check out the full list of nominees before the show on December 12.
