Catch and Release is a fishing game that puts you on a beautiful lake and lets you explore it by rowing your boat around to the spots you want to fish. And that's it really, just a way to spend the day fishing without having to leave your home or fork out for equipment and a license to sit by a grotty canal full of shopping trollies or whatever the American equivalent of that is. Now admittedly Alien: Isolation isn't a VR game, but with a simple mod it can be. If you go on to Steam, you can find a mod by Trick-or-Treats VR that will allow you to play the entire game through your headset. So if the whole experience wasn't enough to give you a complete breakdown the first time you played through it, then this is guaranteed to have you sleeping with the lights on and with a huge bat under your bed for the foreseeable future.
